Texas Woman's University (TWU)
This is the wonderful university where I received my Masters of Kinesiology: Emphasis in Adapted Physical Education and Activity and my Masters of Arts in Teaching: Emphasis in Physical Education. Below you will find information pertaining to the program I attended:
The Adapted Physical Education and Activity (APE/A) programs at TWU have been on the cutting edge over the past four decades. Drs. French, Silliman-French, and Davis currently lead the nationally recognized Masters and Doctoral programs.

The APE/A department at TWU has an additional website called Project INSPIRE. This site was created, and is maintained to help provide additional information about the APE/A programs, as well as information related to individuals with disabilities. The following information can be found on their website: instructional techniques, inclusion strategies, sport organizations, health and safety issues, and even a parent page to assist with activities in the home and community.
